New house, who dis?

Hey there,
So... we officially live somewhere new now.

New walls. New light coming through different windows at different times of day. New sounds outside (that I'm still not used to — send help 😅). New everything.

And if I'm honest, the first few days in a new home don't feel like a fresh start. They feel like your brain filed a missing persons report on itself.

You know where everything used to be. You have zero idea where anything is now. You reach for the drawer that held the forks for seventeen years and — nope. Wrong house. Wrong life. Try again.

But here's what I'm noticing.

Underneath all that disorientation, something quieter is happening too.

I get to decide where things go this time. Not just physically — though yes, I have very strong opinions about where the coffee mugs live — but in a bigger sense.

What rhythms do I want in this next chapter?

What do I want mornings to feel like here?

What am I not bringing with me, even if it fit in a box?

A new chapter doesn't erase the old one.

It just gives you a blank page next to it.

Same story. Same person. Same values I found in those old letters last issue. Just... more room now to write the next part on purpose instead of by accident.

So if you're in any kind of transition right now — new home, new job, new season, new anything — here's your permission slip: you don't have to have it all figured out by day three. Or day thirty. You're allowed to still be finding where the forks go.

💬 If you're navigating a transition of your own and want a little structure for the "what now?" feeling, The Reset Planner was made exactly for this — helping you get grounded again when everything around you feels like it's in motion.

Still unpacking. Literally and emotionally. Coffee mugs are winning.
