Pause. Reflect. Go.

Hey there,
I heard something recently that really made me pause.

A well-known speaker (might I mention...a wealthy speaker with several lucrative businesses) was talking about hustle culture — the constant message that we should always be grinding, always pushing, always doing more.

And his take?

That’s not how life actually works.

Because if you look at nature, nothing is constantly running at full speed.

There are tides that ebb and flow.
Seasons that shift.
Days that begin and end.

Even our bodies are designed to move in cycles.

Yet somehow we’ve convinced ourselves that the only way to succeed is to be constantly “on.”

But what if the real rhythm of life is much simpler?

Pause.
Reflect.
Then go.

Work. Rest. Adjust. Continue.

That rhythm doesn’t mean you’re lazy.
It means you’re aligned with the way growth actually happens.

Because constant motion without reflection isn’t progress — it’s just exhaustion.

Later,
Kimberley
Moving with intention. Resting without guilt. Flowing on purpose.
